The Illinois State Chapter is a volunteer extension of USA Field Hockey, sharing its 501(c)3 status.  Formed in July 2025, the Illinois State Chapter exists to promote and grow field hockey in the state as a sport for all, sport for life. 

Field hockey is growing in Illinois, and the Illinois State Chapter is committed to driving grassroot growth and developing more opportunities for people to enjoy field hockey locally as players, coaches, umpires and fans.
