For just $25, you’ll gain access to local opportunities including clinics, training sessions, leagues, and state-run tournaments. It’s the most affordable way to play and learn the game, be active, and connect with and support your local field hockey community.

Illinois State Chapter Membership – $25
Best for beginners and recreational players of all ages
- Keeps you included and up to date with field hockey in your state and the nation
- Includes access to State Chapter events, trainings, leagues, and local tournaments
- Great for youth just starting out, families exploring the sport, and players who want to stay local
- $10 of your membership goes to support your State Chapter
National Membership – $25/60/95 (Youth) | $30 (Adult)
Ideal for athletes who want to train and compete beyond the state level.
- Required for participation in the National Hockey Festival, such as Regional and National Club Championships, National Indoor Tournament and Qualifiers or the National Festival
- Necessary for those looking to participate in Nexus and the Olympic Development Pathway Program
- Adults who want to play in adult national tournaments, leagues, or events should choose the Adult National Membership at $30
- These endorsements are added to your membership.
- A Coach or Local Leader endorsement is available for your State Chapter membership for $25 and includes
- a background check and SafeSport.
- ability to coach at State Chapter or local sanctioned events
- Be a volunteer or leader in your State Chapter or at an event
- National Coach Upgrade for $65, which includes a background check, SafeSport and permits you to coach at any sanctioned event. This upgrade is also for leaders and administrators.
- National Umpire upgrade for $65 which includes a background check, SafeSport and permits you to officiate at any sanctioned event.
